If you wish to utilise a health insurance policy for physiotherapy treatment please contact the clinic first. You should then you then follow the instructions in your insurance policy or contract.

Some providers may ask for a referral letter to access physiotherapy services and may have specific guidelines and outcomes to follow. Specific policies may also influence the number of sessions offered and cost/excess amount to be paid. Please check your policy prior to booking.

It is the your  responsibility as the patient to contact your Insurance Company for conditions of your policy and exclusion criteria. Flux Physiotherapy cannot be held responsible for any non-payment of claims or shortfall of treatment fees. Please contact your insurance provider to resolve any issues.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that sometimes it is not possible to keep your appointment. 

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to keep or change an appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments and appointment cancellation without 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the booked appointment cost.

Privacy Policy

Due to legal obligation to comply with the general data protection regulations (GDPR) the clinic will request and store personal data which is specific and purposeful to your needs.

This data will include your name and personal contact details which are secured on a secure cloud-based diary system who act as data processor. Records will also be stored electronically through this system including all person identifiable forms as appropriate.

You have the right to request information stored regarding yourself.

Information is stored for 8 years in accordance to current Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) guidance.
